Refunds & Cancellation: 

A trip deposit is required. Payment in full is due 60 days ahead of the trip date. Once payment is made, all amounts paid by a Participant will be considered non-refundable by SummitX LLC for all purposes, and any refunds will be processed through participant’s Trip Insurance plan, which is included with the trip cost. We know unexpected things happen, and will work with you as needed to resolve and process any refunds through our Travel Insurance provider.
